Bobcat-320-Gated

Bobcat-320-Gated: Uncooled SWIR InGaAs camera
Extreme short 80 nsec integration time for SWIR gated imaging

The Bobcat-320-Gated is an uncooled SWIR InGaAs camera which is, due to its extremely short integration time of 80 nsec, perfectly suited for your SWIR R&D. The extreme short integration time makes our Bobcat-320-Gated your perfect partner for the imaging of hot or moving objects such as light bulb or turbine blades inspection. Its high sensitivity and excellent image quality delivers clear insights on your application and due to its versatile output configuration the Bobcat-320-Gated InGaAs camera proves to be a very flexible infrared solution. The Bobcat-320-Gated is just like the Bobcat-1.7-320 a very compact camera that works without Thermo-Electric Cooling (TEC).

Description

Bobcat-320-Gated: Uncooled InGaAs camera

Our Bobcat-320-Gated SWIR camera operates in the 0.9 to 1.7 µm spectral band. It provides extremely short integration times down to 80 nsec. The Bobcat-320-Gated makes use of a highly sensitive uncooled InGaAs detector, which is available in a 20 µm pixel pitch. The compact infrared camera contains real-time on-board image processing and image correction – all at a very favorable price point.

A special feature of our Bobcat-320-Gated SWIR camera is the programmable trigger-out pulse and the start of integration. It is configurable from 80 nsec up to 1 msec in steps of 80 nsec. The Bobcat-320-Gated captures frames at a frame rate tunable around 28 fps. With all these features, Bobcat-320-Gated is ideally suited for the industrial inspection of light bulbs and hot or fast moving object
